Goldhill Finance Complaints Procedure
Upon receiving your complaint, Goldhill Finance Limited will confirm receipt within 7 working days.
We will carry out a thorough review of your concerns and aim to provide you with a final written response within 4 weeks of receiving your complaint. If, for any reason, we are unable to finalise our investigation within this period, we will contact you to update you on the progress.
We will make every effort to issue a final response within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint. Should we be unable to do so, we will write to explain the reasons for the delay and let you know when you can expect a full response.
If more than 8 weeks have passed since you first raised your complaint and you have not received our final response, or if you are unhappy with our response at any stage, you are entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) at the address below:
